I independently developed the MAX-Control product idea as a discrete platform for centralized management of chats and bots in the MAX messenger. The purpose of the idea was to transition a university from manual administration of hundreds of scattered chats to a mode of automated management, analytics, and moderation through a single panel.
Turned the MAX-Control idea into a working product: one panel for chats, bots, tickets, roles, AI assistance, analytics, and a live MAX bot.

Recovered a critically unstable Laravel project and moved it into a controlled release cycle. Stabilized WebSocket chats and C++ agent communication, reduced production chaos, and helped the project grow to ~$1M in profit.
