August 2024 - Present
Senior Backend / Integrations Engineer - DataSoft
Connected 6+ enterprise systems into one 1C ↔ Web ↔ CRM circuit. Added Redis caching (×4 speedup), removed race conditions, applied AI agents to development workflows, and accelerated MVP delivery: in some scenarios to 1-5 days instead of 3-4 months.
July 2019 - April 2023
Technical Lead / Lead Fullstack - Prime Systems Group
Recovered a critically unstable Laravel project and moved it into a controlled release cycle. Stabilized WebSocket chats and C++ agent communication, reduced production chaos, and helped the project grow to ~$1M in profit.
May 2016 - May 2019
Fullstack Developer - Innova Systems
Built an ERP module with roles, cost accounting, and transparent order flow. Reduced production estimate turnaround from about 10 days to 2 days. Also handled R&D: Web3 prototype, latency, and concurrent transaction testing.

Removed order chaos and Excel macros: built a web cost calculator, warehouse accounting, and first REST integrations. The team gained transparency over estimates, materials, and statuses instead of manual reconciliation.
